This program is designed for beginners as well as advanced individuals. You can Train at home or at the gym.
NOTE: If you feel the need to substitute any workout for a modification feel free. I will also provide alternative cardio workouts. The only rule is you cannot stop moving during this 21-day challenge. The goal is to stay focused and use this challenge as an accountability mechanism to help you reach your fitness goals and stay on this fitness journey for the long run.

4. Jump rope ( optional )
5. Interval timer ( I have GymBoss)
